Amazing Podcasts To Listen to Right Now for Content Creators
How is your motivational level when it comes to creating content like ebooks? Maybe you have written extensively, maybe one paragraph or maybe just long lists of ideas are down on paper. Perhaps you have an awesome idea for a course, email series or video. Regardless, sometimes you need inspirational stories, tips and help to start or keep on creating.
For myself, I go through peaks and valleys with my writing. If I could, I would create content ALL DAY LONG and love every second of it. The problem is if I never take time to market the content what is the point. My peaks are when I find blocks of time to create content and can really focus on the ebook. My valleys are when I have to deal with operating the business, marketing, and the dreaded social media. There are times that I feel like I just can not do it all and I don’t know what I am doing.
Then I turn on a podcast and am utterly amazed. First of all, I love listening to other success stories about individuals just like me who have become very successful in their niche. Second of all, I start to realize I know more than I think I do. I need to trust my instincts and experience and go for it. When I am done listening, I always feel invigorated about my future business plans.
The best thing about podcasts is that I can listen during odd times of the day. When I cook dinner, I love to turn a podcast on. Riding in the car is even better – my focus is clear and I can digest all the information. I have tried listening while I am working and I find that does not work for me. I either lose my focus on my work or pay zero attention to the podcast. My suggestion is to listen during times that your hands might be busy ie exercising, cooking, cleaning, driving, etc. but your mind is ready to focus.
